Hair sale
* A work by contemporary New Zealand artist Liyen Chong will raise funds for Sir Edmund Hillary's Himalayan Trust in Nepal. Liyen Chong and Christchurch's 64zero3 gallery will donate the proceeds from the sale of Chong's interpretation of a New Zealand $5 note, Hero 2008 (embroidered hair on cotton, with black lacquer and timber frame) to the Himalayan Trust.
